This Commercial SaaS Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Refund Policy" or "Policy") governs all monetary transactions, online payment settlements, subscription plan upgrades, top search rank bookings, and promotional banner placement fees processed through the digital wedding marketplace portal branded as WedPoint (accessible via wedpoint.in).

All merchant credit card collections, UPI payments, net banking settlements, and GST invoicing services are administered exclusively under the legal and financial authority of SAS TECHNOLOGY, having its registered head operational office located at Near Parivahan Office, ROY Building, Pratappur Road, Ambikapur, Surguja, Chhattisgarh - 497001.

2Instant Digital Service Provisioning

WedPoint operates an automated digital marketplace infrastructure. Upon successful completion and authorization of a payment via our integrated payment aggregator Razorpay Software Private Limited, digital service benefits are activated instantly on the vendor's account:

• PRO Gold & VIP Elite Tiers: Immediate upgrade of listing limits, verified blue tick badge allocation, lead phone unlocks, and priority customer query routing.
• Search Rank Sponsorships: Instant locking of designated Search Rank #1, #2, or #3 positioning in selected city and category filter results.
• 1200x120 Billboard Banners: Real-time activation of custom promotional banners across high-traffic city directory headers.

4Non-Refundability of Delivered Promotion Slots

Because digital marketing visibility, directory exposure, and search rank positions are allocated immediately to thousands of daily visiting couples upon payment:

• Fees once paid for active subscription durations (monthly or annual cycles) are non-refundable once digital activation has occurred.
• Voluntary requests for early plan termination or cancellation prior to cycle expiry will not entitle the vendor to pro-rata cash refunds.

5Top Search Rank Sponsorship Guidelines

Vendors purchasing Search Rank #1, #2, or #3 sponsorship slots reserve exclusive top positioning in specified city/category searches. If a vendor chooses to modify their operating city or business category mid-tenure, rank position is transferred subject to slot availability; fees remain non-refundable.

Banner graphic assets submitted by vendors must comply with WedPoint quality benchmarks (PNG/JPG format, high resolution). SAS TECHNOLOGY provides free design formatting for banner placement. Banner bookings are binding for the agreed duration.

7Subscription Auto-Renewal & Plan Downgrades

Vendors on recurring billing plans can turn off auto-renewal at any time directly from their Vendor Dashboard settings under Subscriptions without incurring cancellation penalties. Upon turning off renewal, active benefits will continue until the current billing end date.

8Official GST Tax Invoices & SAC Code 998313

All subscription fees and rank booking charges are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (9% CGST + 9% SGST). Official B2B tax invoices under SAC Code 998313 (Information Technology Infrastructure Services) are issued under SAS TECHNOLOGY GSTIN 22BZEPF1454Q2Z9 and are available for instant 1-click download in the Payment Gateway ledger.

9Chargebacks & Payment Dispute Mitigation

In the event of an unverified chargeback claim initiated through a credit card issuer or bank, SAS TECHNOLOGY will present proof of digital service activation, IP log telemetry, and Razorpay transaction IDs to settle the dispute.

10Account Termination for Policy Breaches

If a vendor profile is suspended or delisted due to fraudulent review manipulation, upload of copyrighted photos belonging to third parties, or fraudulent misconduct reported by clients, paid subscription fees shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.

11Force Majeure & Network Outages

SAS TECHNOLOGY shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by acts of God, telecommunication fiber cuts, regional internet blackouts mandated by authorities, or major cloud infrastructure outages beyond reasonable control.
